This was my second experience with Best Price Nutrition. I was impressed with the first experience, but experienced poor communication and slow shipping times. I was sent an email with a UPS link that said my package had shipped and the expected arrival date. When the date came and went, I started checking around. I got no response using the contact link on the website. The order page said the order was shipped and complete and only backtracking through the order process did I find out one of the items was backordered. I would have been much happier on this end if I was able to go to the order status and have it give the actual status. I'll probably order again from this company because the price is substantially lower than I can get anywhere else, but I will be much more careful placing orders in the future. I need protein powder, not excuses.

I placed order on October 10th and finally found out that it just got shipped yesterday, Friday October 23rd. 1st time that it has taken so long to get order. May get it by the end of next week:(.

Until recently, I bought all of my protein powder exclusively on BestPriceNutrition. After two bad experiences, a rude customer service rep and an unanswered email I took my business to bodybuilding.com. The first bad experience was an order that I placed which said was "in stock and ships the same day" took me about 3 weeks to get it… I never got any updates I had to call to get information. The second time it did say "delayed shipping" however, I never got any updates and 3 weeks later I called to find out when it might be shipping and the woman said she didn't have any idea that it wouldn't be shipping anytime soon, so I said please cancel my order and she said OK and hung up on me. Wow. I emailed the company about these things and never received a response. I now order my Trutein on bodybuilding.com unfortunately. I wait until I have about a week or two of protein powder left to order more and both times I completely ran out and it was not fun… I loved shopping best price nutrition and I told my friends about it but now it seems that has come to an end.

I ended up contacting customer service via email because I felt like the product too longer than it should have to process and get to my house. I bought it on 9/6, read that it usually ships out the next day. The product shipped out 9/9. (Excluding the fact I bought it on a Sunday and then Labor Day, it still took an additional day to go out). I got it 9/16 after I had to purchase a different protein to get us by. Customer service did get back to me saying they were within 5 days... before apologizing for my experience and offered samples to which I would have to request back, rather then just send them in good faith. Today is 10/9, I still haven't received anything even after I responded to the email NELLIE GONZALES sent. Bad experience. Time to reorder... Protein was good but I'll pass on reordering, plus eBay will have it comparable I'd not cheaper and will arrive faster.

It took about 10 days to recieve my c vol product. Should have paid a little more to get on Amazon

I am a IFBB Pro Bodybuilder and like Best Price Nutrition because of the wide variety in supplements and their proximity to my location ensuring very fast delivery. But, on my last few orders, the order is not being placed as fast as it once was... and just recently it was delayed over a week because of low stock. Best Price Nutrition also offers free samples when you purchase certain amounts of product. The samples have been coming stale or so clumpped up you can't use them. My last order had no samples at all and I spent well over 200 dollars. Thanks packer #18, that's who packed my last order. I didn't appreciate your lack of attention on my order and missing out on products I may have bought on my next order. I also have dozen of clients I train. I have told many of them about Best Price Nutrition. Now, because of my last few orders I will no longer tell my clients to buy from you. There are several other companies that offer similar products at around the same price. Many offer free shipping and throw in samples from many different makers to try. Think twice before using Best Price Nutrition. ...hopefully someone sees this and gets their act together. Respectfully, Matt Russell

Product was great, but the shipping and time was unacceptable. My order was not processed for 3 days after being placed and then took 5 days shipping to reach me. I am not impressed and will not be ordering again from Best Price Nutrition. Bodybuilding.com has the same product with faster shipping for the same price.

I purchased the Fruit &Whey protein powder,after a few days of my purchase i received a call to let me know that the item is not in Stock and they could not give me any idea as to when it will be available. The worst of it all is that i was asking some questions in regards to the product the representative that i was speaking to was rushing me off the phone the phone and her only option was to refund me my money back i was very disappointed ..I also didn't think it was dealt woth in a professional manner.
