Prices, promotions and sales are good. Standard shipping options aren't as quickly as expected. Overall the soon to end rewards program was a great idea, looking forward how the 2017 rewards program will take care of loyal customers.

We do apologize. The delay was due to the Labor Day weekend. There was no pick up on Monday (Labor Day) and we ran slightly behind shipping products out after our big sale.

Hi, This is the same formula it has been for the past 3 years. Many customers were worried it was the new "non amp citrate" formula. We do state "Note: This formula no longer has 1,3 DMAA in it.". About 4 years ago Synedrex had 1,3 DMAA but that was banned. The current and 3 year old formula we still have. Sorry for the confusion. Best Price Nutrition

I tried contacting Best Price Nutrition about an order I placed recently via their online chat function, waited for several minutes for someone to chat with me, but since no one ever popped up I finally closed out. I then tried emailing them instead. It's been over a week and I still haven't heard back. I've ordered from BNP several times and have no complaints about their prices, shipping speed, or variety of products. However, they failed miserably with customer service, so therefore I am giving them only three stars. In other words, great place to buy discounted products. Just hope that you don't have any concerns with your order.
