Very slow service, slow to ship, and slow to respond to customer service questions. Had to ask the same question twice to get a clear answer. Package said ship next day and I have yet to receive it 2 weeks later.

I ordered some protein powder two weeks ago and never received a notification of shipment. This week I sent an email asking the status, to which I never received a reply. I then waited ~15 minutes to speak to someone on their live chat and learned that my credit card had been declined (not sure why, the card number was correct). The customer service agent said we could rerun the order, but then told me the item wasn't in stock any longer. I wish I had received an email notification that my order hadn't gone through when I sent it two weeks ago; at that time I received an email confirming my order, so I had no idea.

Whatever is happening at the company, delivery now takes weeks instead of days, making it difficult to know how far in advance to place an order. Have also had trouble reaching the company by phone to inquire why the delays.

The products are good and reasonably priced. I wouldn't necessarily say they are the best prices across the board. However, it takes forever to get your order. I ordered 11 days ago and still haven't received it. This is pretty normal for this store. I'll probably pay a little more elsewhere in the future and get it much faster.

ordered a product that was on stock. was told I will get it delivered in 3 to 5 business days. Called the company after 8 days and representative told me that the product is not on stock and I should wait longer.it's been almost 3 weeks and no email about the product yet. I understand that sometimes things are not in stock but the company should let the customer know before they make a decision to purchase the product . besides that if the company is late with the delivery why nobody bothers to send an email about it and update about the situation.

I've used Best Price Nutrition in the past and had a very good experience. They ran some Black Friday/Cyber Monday deals so I bought my son 3 items. I received an email that one item was out of stock and they didn't know when it would be available but the other two items would should ship the first of the following week so I canceled the one item. I checked at the end following week and they still didn't have stock so I cancelled the other two items. They apologized and told me to call them on my next order to receive a discount..

You were out of what I requested and not the first time you have not been able to fill an order. I usually order 3 bottles and there have been 2 times when you didn't have Goutrol in stock. Frustrating as I like your price point. I am forced to go out to a local store and spend 1.5X as much.
