My last couple of orders have taken close to 3 weeks to receive. Your site shows its in stock when I order it, then 3 or 4 days later you call. When you give your advise on an alternative product that you say IS in stock, I get a phone call 2 to 3 days later and you're telling me to make yet another choice. You should know whats in stock, and out of stock, updated alot quicker. I have found another company that sends the product out the same day it's ordered and gets to me in 2 days. Thank you for your service.

Please update your customer service features. Your website features a web chat function that does not work; no one actually responds. When I call your customer service number, an automated recording indicates that my wait time will be under one minute. This is false. My average wait times lasted about 10 minutes. Lastly, the product I purchased did absolutely nothing for me, as it had a placebo effect.

Had to call about order to find out that they were back ordering a product! The tracking on line system is not accurate. And got products late! The customer service department was great and proffesional, products were correct and in excellent condition!

They had what I wanted. I got what I wanted. But, I ordered it on a Thursday and the order didn't show up until the Wednesday of the next week. I know this isn't Amazon Prime, but that is still ridiculous. They provide 'tracking' but it sat for 3-4 days basically in the 'we are waiting to ship' mode. The product was correct and the price was fair, but I wouldn't shop here again due to the shipping time.

When I bought my products nobody told me that those products were out of the stock even the system show me that my products were available and in stock, one week later when I asked about the status of my order (on the chat) one lady told me that my order wasn't delivered because one the products was out of the stock and her best answer was: "I can refund your payment", but in my opinion I think that that answer should be the last option you have a lot of options in order to satisfy my request, until now I'm still waiting for my order. Once I have my products believe me will be the 1st and the last time that I buy something with you.

First of all it took pretty long for the order to be shipped, but the worst thing is that I never received it! Post office says they did deliver it according to the tracking info so looks like it was stolen or anything like that. I understand that it's not the stores fault but honestly I shouldn't have to worry about if I'm paying almost 100$. It's just very frustrating and I'm not sure what's gonna happen now.. refund or anything.
