Love love this company

The supplements I purchased work well, however it took far longer to arrive than the estimated time frame given on the website.

efficient, good business ethics

So many great items that actually work are out of stock & after months of waiting, remain so. I can’t order the items I want as they have been out for so long now - but the products & shipping are great!

I would love for my order to arrive sooner, but I don't want to pay even more expensive prices just for the shipping. Therefore, I know I have to have patience with the wait in exchange for less money. HOWEVER, the funny updates in my email would help to make the wait better. I appreciate the time and effort it takes to do that. Otherwise, I was happy with the purchasing experience, and I did get my order in a reasonable amount of time.

Received package all in good condition. It did take a while for the package to be processed through UPS.

good product

Did not receive my package in the2-5 days.I reached out to ask when it would be shipped and they said they had a couple of items that were out of stock and that it should ship that day or tomorrow. Would have been nice if I had received notification that some items were holding it up. Or ship what you had and ship the rest later.
