Took 8 days to get the product, so shipping was quite slow, but it was free. Haven't tried the product yet, but it looks good at a fair price.

I gave it a 3 stars just because I didn't received my order the first time, no tracking number provided until I called, 6 days later,only then tracking info was provided and told that my order was delivered..I never received it ..It was re-shipped again no tracking number provided again until I sent an email and request for it so I could keep track of my package., I order supplements from other companies . I get an email confirming my order and a tracking number as well.. The supplement I order is great. I will give it another chance hope I get a tracking number with out me asking for it

Hi, Did you check in your SPAM folder? It is strange you didn't receive an order confirmation or tracking confirmation email from us. We haven't received any complaints from other customers and I personally just ran a bunch of tests and received them all. I do know sometimes do to filters on email addresses, order confirmation are not received. We also might want to make sure your email address is correct in our system. Either way, we do apologize about this.

Slow shipping for an expensive price. Saw that Best Price Nutrition supposedly has flat rate shipping of $4.99, paid $9.99 for cheapest option to ship my order. Next time I order supplements I'll go somewhere else with cheaper shipment options.

Hi, It is based on weight actually. Since your package was over 8lbs, it was more expensive shipping. As for the delivery, we did ship it out the very next morning, March 20th and it looks like it arrived 3 days later on March 23rd. From Chicago, not sure how much more quickly it could have arrived. the only issue I have is why is the cheapest shipping 20.00 dollars? where is the standard shipping that is like 3.99 or 4.99? the package weighs close to nothing.
