My first order was canceled after B.P.N.'s security review without notice. I realized it when I phoned and asked by chance. My second order had no notice about shiping and delivery date delay. I had to send 3 emails to request the state of shipping and delivery. My family members ordered the products on Oct 18 and after all the phon calls and emails, I learned that the product would be delivered from Oct 27 to Nov 3. That is internatonal DHL shiping according to my payment for the shiping choice . I will appreciate the accurate shiping info and delivery notification when thing are different than usual.

I have recently booked an order from INDIA and I didn't even get shipping details and the tracking number of the product after I have booked. Only after myself following with live chat team I got a response of the tracking number. There is a lot of scope for improvement regarding international shipping.

Then three days later told me it's out of stock. and they are refunding my money which is fine but don't sell. me a product that you don't have. if it's unavailable take it off your website.

I was disappointed in the company's non attempt to notify me of my order being in back order. The day I placed the order I was told it was in stock. After 14 days I had not received any information by e-mail or otherwise that my order was out of stock. So I had to reach out to the company. It was then that I was told it was on back order and they did not know when they would receive it.

Placed an order from BPN on August 5. Unfortunately, it has still not arrived (Aug 18) and looks like it could be another week or more based on DHL tracking information. Will not use this site again. Shipping times promised were 5-10 days and I live in Calgary, which should be an easy place to ship to.
