I reside in Chicago and you all are based in Illinois, actually a 45min drive. Unreal that stand 2-5 day shipping took 5 days ! I can order bodybuilding.com or prosource.net and get my supplements a lot sooner and they are based out of another state. Updated Order #300425671 .

Hi - I looked into this order and it was delayed because one of your products you ordered was out of stock. It should have showed this on the website and in your order confirmation. BSN Syntha-6 2.91 lbs SKU: 834266006359 Out Of Stock - Shipping Will be Delayed Once we got it back in stock, your order shipped. Looks like it shipped out on the 27th and you received it on the 30th. Part of that was because of the weekend. I hope this better explains it. If it was in stock, you would have received it much more quickly.

The time for the supplements to ship is way too long when advertised they ship same day. None of my orders have shipped same day. Your Order #300423939 - ordered Jan 7th. NO email stating anything has shipped and it is now Jan 11th. Advertised as in stock and same day shipping

Hi Nikki - I do apologize about this. We launched our new website over the weekend and some orders were not processed correctly during the move. One was yours. I ordered products on 12/14/2016 and still have not received my products as of this date. Best Nutrition's price was the lowest I have seen for this product, but had I know it would take this long, I would have paid the $5.00 difference on Amazon and gotten it sooner. Simply put, the discount was not worth the wait.

Hi Lisa - I took a look at your order and when you placed it, the status showed Low Stock, Shipping Would be Delayed. And with the holidays, it took even longer. This is why you didn't receive it for awhile. Normally you would have received it in 2-5 business days. I do apologize about the confusion. Hi Seirraa, We looked into your order and you actually purchased the Global international Standard, not Priority Shipping. This is a cheaper option, but will take longer...7 to 15 business days. Also, you placed an order for HydroxyElite, which has 1,3 DMAA, which is illegal in your country. Normally it gets through customs, but it could cause longer than normal delays. I placed my order and selected the basic shipping... (5-10 business days) and it has now been over 2 weeks and my product is nowhere to be found. There is no tracking available and I can't even see when the product shipped.

HI Jessica - It shipped out the very next day after you placed the order, but sometimes customs in Canada can hold it for longer than usual, which is out of our control. 99% of packages reach our customers in Canada within 5-10 business days, but sometimes it can take longer. I wanted to let you know that in December we are switching our carriers for Canada and should receive it much quicker than in the past.
