The Best Nutrition web site indicated on multiple occasions of visiting their site that if you placed an order, it would normally ship the same day the order was received. However, my order took a full month to get to me. I received no notice that there was a delay with my order, or any explanation, until they had finally shipped it .... and then this was strictly a notice that it had been shipped, w. no explanation whatsoever. After this, in contacting the company, bc of another concern, I learned that the item was O/S, altho' the web-site didn't say that when I placed the order. Another deficient experience is that I was not able to get connected w. anyone on their on-line chat either, in order to discover the reason for the extreme delay in shipping my order.

Had to make a lot of calls to get a return fine then receive the wrong information

I aM not satisfied because I had to pay more for shipping than previously agreed upon. Thè package was shipped by thè italian post and so it cost more than if it had been shipped with UPS as we had agreed upon previously.

Purchasing was easy enough but shipping was a killer... Item wasnt marked as shipped til a week after purchase, then arrived 2 weeks after that.

Shipping is expensive to Canada! Shipping rate used to be offset by their point program that disappeared a while back! With the exchange and the other online site adjusting, unfortunately they're getting to be like everyone else!

Other sites offer free shipping. Not sure why the price increased that much within such a short time.
