I ordered my pills a few weeks ago and still haven't received them! I ordered a waist trainer, some clothes and they got here before these pills . Not happy

Bad experience with ordering and the physical shipment. Took longer than they promised - which was the reason i ordered with them over another company - and customer service didn't seem to care I was unhappy. The product itself is good so far; haven't used it long enough to have a thorough review but it hasn't assisted in suppressing my appetite ha.

No customer services, tried to contact them to get a tracking code but no one gets back.

Up until now, I've had good experiences with BestPrice. This time, however, I never received a shipment notification. When I tracked it on the website, it showed up as delivered the day after my order (impossible). I called and turned out that part of my order (which showed as in stock) is on its way to BestPrice so the rest of the order is stalled. Disappointed in the double hold up without any notification :(

I placed my order one day and the order was cancelled by the vendor due to items being on backorder. I think their website should have reflected out of stock so I wasn't allowed to order the items.

Didn't get told till 7 days after I had placed my order that they didn't have one of the products that I ordered. To much to go into detail. Just don't order from them. Trust me........ Ok here's the details. Made an order on March 9th for $127.00. Said shipping would be between 2-5 days. So I'm thinking, I'm going to receive my order in 2 to 5 days. Well 7 days after I placed my order, I get an email saying one of the products I ordered was not in stock from the vendor and to pick another product or I could get a refund on the one product not in stock since they do not split shipments. But they sure didn't wait to get my money before my order was to ship. The money came out of my account the next day. If they knew one product was not in stock, why wait 7 days to tell me. And even if I got a refund or picked another product, when was my order gonna ship? When ever they got around to it? They already had my money so of course no rush on their part. Poor communication. If I knew I shipping was going to take two weeks, I would have just went to GNC. We love trutein, so I decided to get my husband his favorite flavor in their new "naturals" formula. He hated the taste so called best price and they said we had to pay to return it ourselves & they also would charge $5 reship, & only offer an exchange. So costing a total of $31 to exchange the protein powder! :(

I purchased my order on a Thursday afternoon, I did not receive a notice of shipment until the following Wednesday. I frequent many other supplement dealers online and most, if not all, of my other experiences ship on the same day of purchase or the following day. This company has performed far below the standard practice and I would not recommend using them.
