Customer service was horrible. Waited over a week before contacting. Assured they were going to ship the next day. Three days later after that, still no shipping confirmation. I contacted again and ended up canceling order. They did not care about customer satisfaction. Will not order or recommend.

Placed an order for appr $ 250 on May 14, 2021 and received an order confirmation. The amount was imidiately drawn on my creditcard. I asked for status on June 10 and on June 15 got the answer that my order had a SHIPPING DELAYED status. I was given the option to order something else or cancel the order. On June 18 I cancelled the order and asked to have my money refunded. On this date, July 27, I have not received my refund of $250!! The response from Bestnutrition to the above Trustpilot review is that a refund has been sent to my bank and that I should contact my bank. I can't just call my bank and ask if they forgot to post a refund to my account. I need proof from Bestnutrition that the transfer actually has taken place in the form of a transaction receipt or copy of a transaction note with some form of bank transaction ID that can be traced. Bestnutrtion should never have charged for a product they knew they were unable to deliver in the first place so the ball is in their court on this issue.

Klaus, we apologize for any inconvenience. We looked into your order and this order was cancelled and refunded on June 21, it can take a number of days for your bank to process that refund back in, if you're still not seeing that please check with your bank. In regards to shipping delayed items, certain items are currently backordered with manufacturers and you click a box stating your aware there will be delayed shipping prior to completing your order, we do this so everyone is well aware an item is going to be delayed, but so they can't get in cue to be the first to get it upon it arriving into our warehouse. Please reach out to us if you need further assistance but a refund was processed on our dend.

It took a week after my order and charge my credit card to send me the product, it shouldn't be like that, the moment you charge my card the product should be in the mail.

I placed an order over a week ago and was told that USPS was experiencing delays. The problem is that they still have not even shipped my order and now they are asking for me to review it! Ship my order before you ask for a review. Seems like every time I've placed an order it's taking longer and longer to receive it.

We do apologize about the delay. Due to the Memorial Day sale and being short a few staff, we have been delayed in getting all the orders out. We are working on this now and are making sure this doesn't happen again.

This company is a fraud and will steal your money. Placed my order and within a couple hours I receive an email saying my order will be shipped the next day. A week goes by and no shipping confirmation so I call and get told they ran out of product but are getting more that day and it will be shipped immediately. 3 more days go by and no shipping confirmation so I call again and they ran out of product again. Never once did they call and explain what happened, just hoping I would forget and they could keep my money.

they shipped me a newer version of the products I ordered with different ingredients. the pictures on the website were of the older version which was much more potent. it was a bait and switch and I got cheated

Timothy, many supplement manufacturers change their formulas and we're typically not notified by them. While we try to stay up to date on new packaging and new formulas sometimes we don't catch this. We apologize if the product you received was different than that advertised.

Still missing items from my order from over 6 weeks ago. After waiting a month I had to call to get an update and only then was I informed that one of the items was not in stock. The low rating is due to lack of communication and the large amount of time still without any sort of update.
