slow processing and shipping. very little info to track where my order actually was.

I ordered this past Thursday, received confirmation that was delivered on the following Saturday. However, product was NOT delivered. And, there is no one to contact during the weekend, voicemail only.. NOT COOL Unhappy in Greeley Co

Store didn't alert me that item was out of stok and would be delivered late.

I still have not recd my order. When emailing them, they said it should come back in this week ( which was last week) and I would recv an email stating it was sent out. Still no email nor order. Plus I was never notified in the 1st place that it was on back order....I expected it in 6 to 7 days. Order was placed 5/30 and it's 6/13..no order.

Shipping is terribly slow

Good find for price, however very terrible in terms of time to ship! In contrast to other similar online companies, this has been the longest to receive. Over a week since I put the order in (paid for priority shipment), and as of this morning, when I went to track shipment (on carrier's website), it still said "ready to go". very disappointed.

Never received my order. I had to call them two weeks later to find out my order was back logged by the supplier. The rep told me that she would send me another order (not overnighted or next day) and then told me to send back the original order when it eventually comes in. Still waiting for both orders. Won't order from them again.
