Christian, USPS has been terrible lately with delivering to wrong cities and states. I just checked your order and see it was delivered to a different city on than your address on your order. I'm unsure how you attempted to reach out to us ie phone, email, chat but I've passed along your order to our customer service team and they'll be contacting you to see if you'd like a reship or a refund. Chris, we apologize for any delays on delayed shipping items. We put that warning up there so people are aware there will be a delay with the shipping as the industry is still experiencing a lot of supply chain issues. Many people still like to order these items to be the first in que for when they are restocked, if you're not willing to wait avoid the shipping delayed items. As far as coupon codes go our volume discounts ie buy 2 prohormones save $10 off each bottle is typically a better deal than any coupon code you're going to find, however if for some reason your coupon is better than a volume discount feel free to contact our customer service team and we would be happy to apply whichever is a greater deal for you.

William, currently many manufacturers are experiencing supply chain issues and are having trouble getting raw ingredients. This product is backordered with the manufacturer which is why we cancelled your order. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Shanah both items you ordered had several highly visible warnings saying this item is backordered with the manufacturer and shipping is delayed. You also ordered 3 days ago and didn't pay for expedited shipping so even if these items were in stock they likely wouldn't have been delivered yet. We're going to go ahead and cancel your order for you as it seems you need these items ASAP. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Hi Dennis - A technical error with pricing had happened on our website. That is why we couldn't give you the 11 free items you ordered. We do state on our website that if there is a technical issue with pricing, we reserve the right to cancel the order. You actually clicked the box at checkout saying you read our terms of service. You can't purchase from us without agreeing to it. We have that on our website, because it does happen from time to time. I am sorry we couldn't give you the 11 free items you tried to order, but we would have lost over $200 from a technical error.

Tracy, you're order was shipped out, it appears it was scanned in by our local post office and doesn't show any movement after that. Had you contacted us prior to leaving a review we would have been happy to reship your order or offer a refund however you never reached out to us so we didn't know your package was lost. I just went ahead and refunded you for your order. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Tony it appears you accidentally ordered the wrong flavor on our website as your initial order was Fudge Pop but we reshipped you out a Vanilla which appears to be what you wanted. If you had an issue all you had to do was contact us and we would have been happy to correct the issue, there was no need to reach out to your credit card company prior to contact us.
