I found out after waiting more than a week for a nearly $400order to ship that one backordered product held everything up because they don’t split shipments. Granted, they told me the product was backordered and gave me the option to cancel the order. But I said I didn’t mind waiting for that one product to arrive two weeks later. Little did I know they would hold the entire order. Figured it was worth sharing with other potential customers. Other than that, no problems in a couple of orders.

Great Price but when I received my nutrition bars they were all melted.

Took forever

Took over a week to get order shipped. They finally shipped after i complained to customer service, they responded quick and shipped same day after my complaint. Sent me a ton of samples so i guess its cool.
