Hi Trinity! We deeply apologize that you had such an unpleasant experience with us. We receive all of our products in regular weekly shipments directly from the manufacturer. Unfortunately an ingredient has been pulled off the market which has caused a disruption in our stock levels, and likely why you weren't able to find the product elsewhere. Our customer service team has been working as hard as they can to contact all of the customers who were affected by this, as there have been hundreds of orders with this same issue. Looking into your order, it does appear as though Halodrol was listed as out of stock at the time you made your purchase. In the future, please note that shipping time-frames can be affected when products are listed as out of stock.
