When you ordered this product it had a shipping delayed status and a popup box letting you know it was out of stock and backordered and that you were joining a priority waitlist. Since then we've reached out to everyone with open orders to inform you of the situation and to offer you to swap out to another similar product if you did not want to continue waiting. We've been told all the DMHA fat burners should be back in stock within the next month or two. Contact our customer service team anytime Monday-Friday 9-5 and we'd be happy to either swap out for a similar product or cancel the order for you. FYI we do have a product in stock called Hi-Tech Redux which is a DMHA fat burner with caffeine, yohimbine and several other stimulants and should be on par with Stimerex if you don't want to continue waiting.

Hello Raul, the product you ordered had a "Shipping Delayed" notification. There's currently a DMHA shortage and all the DMHA fat burners are out of stock. It's likely going to be another month or two before they are back in stock. Please contact our customer service team and we can either swap you out for another product or cancel the order for you.

Alma, apologize if a product you ordered was unavailable. Currently like every other industry the supplement industry is experiencing supply chain shortages. From looking at your order it appears the VPX Noo Fuzion was the product which was out of stock. I assume our customer service team offered you Bang Energy Drinks, Noo Fuzion and Bang are both made by VPX Sports and are essentially the same product, however we apologize if the Noo Fuzions were out of stock.

Sarah at the time of your order this item had a shipping delayed stack. All Hi-Tech DMHA fat burners out out of stock until early 2022. They should be back soon as Hi-Tech currently has the ingredient and is the process of manufacturing these. If you'd like an alternative to hold you over until they begin shipping I would suggest Condemned Labz Arsyn, Metabolic Synedrex or any of the Hard Rock Supplements Fat Burners which contain Ephedra Extract.

Juan we apologize for the delay. Like many industries the supplement industry is experiencing logistical challenges and supply chain shortages. I just passed along your message to our developer and we're goin to look into not allowing expedited shipping in cases where an item shows a "Shipping Delayed" status. Just an FYI, if an item shows as "Shipping Delayed on the product page there will be a delay in shipping despite you paying for expedited shipping as we're waiting on the item from the manufacturer.

Kevin, we apologize like many other industries supplement companies are experiencing supply chain issues as well shortages of tubs and packaging material as well as raw ingredients. The manufacturer was backordered on this product. We apologize for any inconvenience. In terms of how long funds take to get back to your card or bank that's dependent on your bank how quickly they process the refund back in, that is not in our hands.
