I finally did get my order and you refunded me the shipping. It would have been nice if you would have told me the product was back ordered. Then I could have gone out and bought a bottle till mine came. My understanding when I ordered it was the product was on the way. It wasn't and I think you may have forgotten me actually as only when I inquired then you said it was on back order. Maybe there needs to be more communication??? Sharon

While this company truly does have the best prices out of anyone, shopping time isn't good. I used to place an order and on approx 4-5 days it would be at my door. The last 3 times I ordered, it took over 2 weeks to ship and that was after I had to contact them about it. Customer service wasn't too responsive either. Hope they get it straightened out.

Prices are competitive and the customer service is awesome, but the shipping is horrendous. I ordered Whey Protein along with Creatine on December 18th. A 10 days later I saw myself calling customer service to enquire about my order. Apparently out of stock, but I did not receive any notifications about the out of stock. When I called they offered me a replacement which I accepted. Still no notification nor order tracking.

Excellent products to choose from and excellent customer service. Shipping time could improve though. When you order it’s usually about a week before they ship. I’m todays age they should be able to ship within a few days.

Delivery time inconsistent, 22 days & still waiting for order. Previous order 6 days.

After placing my ordering and then getting an email confirmation saying it was recieved, packaged and shipped, it was another 10-12 days before getting the products. Not only is shipping extremely slow, but the customer service is also poor.

I've ordered several times and the service has been 50/50. Sometimes it's exceptional other times it's not and my packages are delayed by a week. I've asked for samples the last three times and received 0. I gave it 3 stars only because there prices are fair.
