Almost finished with my first bottle, purchased two and will stay on it and hope it begins to work. I have had no side effects as far as jitters or anything along those lines. ( I was a big caffeine drinker before starting these pills anyway) Did not curb my appetite and my energy levels have been lower since starting. I am sure these do help some but for me it's a no go. I did start out with the two a day and increased to 4 and didn't notice a difference at all.

Had to call customer service on day 5 to see where my order was with 3 day shipping and they said it hadn't been shipped yet. After I called I had it in 2 days

Sometimes the supplements you order are on back order, but there's no communication from BPN. Even if they can only ship a partial order, they will hold it up for the remaining still on back order...an keep their customer in the dark. Then I found that I can get my holy basil on amazon.com for a slightly lower price plus free shipping. BPN screwed themselves out of a customer.

Very slow shipping. I had ordered my items more than a week and still don't get them. Checked UPS and they are in transit still. I understand takes a while but when I bought item confirmation said 2-5 Business days.

Website offers good products and prices . It is not my first go to website to order online . I ordered four times and I have had shipping issues from them saying products were in when I ordered , then once processed it was in stock . Then I waited 11 days because order wasn’t placed . All together it took 3 weeks to ship. Order time I placed an order for a BOGO and said it ships out with in 1-2 days, it didn’t ship out till the following Friday witch exceeded the 2-5 day shipping I paid for .
