When you ordered this product it stated it was shipping delayed, it looks like the manufacturer is backordered and out of stock, or there's a small chance the product has been discontinued. I've passed your order along to our customer service team, they'll be reaching out to you and they can either cancel the order for you and Sezzle will refund you or they can recommend a similar product if you're interested in swapping for a similar product. On our product pages if you see "Shipping Delayed" it means we're waiting to get it in from the manufacturer. Lee we apologize for the delay, the items you ordered showed a "Shipping Delayed" status meaning they were not in stock and we had to order them from the manufacturer. Like many other industries the supplement industry is also dealing with supply chain issues and logistical shortages. It looks like you just contacted us yesterday and we immediately refunded the order for you. Again very sorry for the delay and any inconvenience. Please feel free to contact regarding orders with a "Shipping Delayed" status and we can give you a better idea of a timeframe for when the manufacturer will have those items back in stock.

Hi Jorge - The product you received was the same product you ordered. Same sku. Same ingredients. Same company. Same product. New Chapter just updated the packaging to their new design. Because it was the new packaging, you got the freshest product, where as the old packaging would be near expiration. Brands don't tell us when new packaging is done, which is why the site wasn't updated to the newest designed package. But the item is the same, you didn't receive the wrong item, you received the freshest same product in a new designed package. Hope this explains it. Thank you!
