So I jus started flipping houses and bought my first set of cabinets from BOC as I want to see who have the best overall product cost and service.
I chose to put glass doors on an upper cabinet and by my mistake I picked the wrong door. They called me guessing what I did wrong and made th change over th phone. The stuff shipped as stated, however the shipping as a little hard on the packing and I had some damage on several, pieces. I took photos and once again they got right on it and set me replacements.
I was happy with the quality for the most part. I ordered espresso shaker cabinets and the finish was a little lighter than I had a truly hoped for, didn't order sample door probably should have.
Nice wood construction, I wish the sink cabinet had a full back but I added one with no issue.
Just got a competitors stuff mostly the same issues, but the people at BOC seem to be more on top of the issues, which is nice when dealing with online purchases of this type of product.

Great All Around Experience
I had some reservations about using an online company, however, after searching all over my area for cabinets, I kept coming back to BOC. I originally ordered a sample door from them, and loved the quality. I have the white shaker style, and everywhere else I looked had a 5 piece design that cracks in time. I loved BOC's one piece design that won't have that cracking effect. The design team is very responsive and were very patient with my many questions. I ordered my cabinets pre-assembled. Again, I had reservations with this because I was afraid of cabinets getting damaged in delivery. This was not the case. They packed and shipped great, no issues. My cabinets were everything I had hoped for and customer service is fantastic. Would recommend BOC to anyone looking for cabinets.

Minor Hiccups, but great end results.
Ordered cabinets from this company and the ordering process was fairly straightforward and simple.
Had a minor issue with some damages during shipping, but they took care of it and sent me the
replacements. Received and installed the cabinets and they look great.

Kitchen Cabinet Review
Pros:
- The cabinet was OK quality (and was quite sturdy once I took my nail gun to it)
- It arrived quickly and the measurements were as described
Cons:
- It did not come with assembly instructions (although it was not particularly difficult to put together)
- there was some damage from shipping (I was planning on painting it, so this wasn't an issue for me personally).

Do NOT under any circumstances, trust these good reviews and purchase these cabinets!!!
Pros:
We love the color
Cons:
Damaged cabinets, doors, and frames:
-Some damage from shipping, was replaced promptly (the first time), like broken cabinet pieces, cracks in doors and frames.
-Some "damage" was poor staining on doors, knicks and broken sealant or glue showing on frames and doors.
-Some "damage" was completely ridiculous, like someone at the factory using a sharpie to cover a natural knot in the wood, or marking a big X with a pen on the back of the stained microwave cabinet.
Incorrect holes:
-Crooked screw holes.
-Incorrectly placed screw holes, either you couldn't place the frame because of the location of the screw that was supposed to line up with the cam lock and wouldn't even line up with the hole at all, or you follow a screw hole just to break the backing of the cabinet.
-Screw holes that were not completely drilled through.
-Wood peg holes that were so off if you used the pegs you couldn't place the frame.
-Missing pre-drilled holes from the inside of the doors.
Frames:
-The cut groove to go over the top or bottom of the cabinet was beveled crooked, or not wide enough.
-Forcing straight frames onto bowed cabinets may work, but its noticeable when you hang doors
Assembly Videos:
-Because the instructions come in Chinese? maybe?, there are assembly videos, which do not tell you what screws are for what, and there are only so many videos, there is not one for each type of cabinet.
Second shipment w/ replacement parts:
-Here is where the real fun began, we had asked for replacement frames that simply would not fit the cabinet fronts, only to find out the frames were perfectly fine, the cabinets were so bowed the frames would not fit them, as they were more square.
-Upon informing customer service of the issue, the response we received is that we're pretty much being difficult and making this all up. And that our contractor (which we do not have, would be able to assemble the bad product no problem):
"Basically for all the problems about surface finishing, we are able to send you replacements with no question. For the problems caused during putting cabinets together, they are usually assembling problems not the product problems. There are average 3500-4000 cabinets sold from our warehouse every month, but we rarely have so many cabinets having same kind of problems just in one kitchen. For example for a lot of wood panels, some times they are a little bit bowed since it's made of solid wood. You should be able to push or bent it a little bit to make the frame in. You can see these are just normal panels and constantly seen in a lot of solid wood products. Your contractor should know how to do these by his previous experiences.
If the boxes are still not putting up together, please give us a detail list of the items you need. Since we already sent you a lot of parts last time per your request, and we need to open boxes to get all the parts, please make sure the list you provide will 100% solve the problems. We will also check all the parts we send to you and make sure everything are in good condition."
-After this response we began assembling the cabinets backwards, removing screws and wood pegs, "pushing and bending" the frames as instructed and the frame cracked, a shelf split and the top of the frame was pulling away from the cabinet so badly you could see 1/4" of the hardware trying to hold it in there. But what would you expect after we telling them the frames are as much as 1/4" to 1/2" off in some places, and provide photos.
Third Shipment with replacement parts:
-We were promised they would inspect the cabinets so we would have no trouble finishing up our install. In two of the boxes the hardware box was not secured and scraped the shelving in SO many noticeable spots, that we had to pick and choose between the first super bowed cabinet and the second supposedly good cabinet to get something together that didn't look beat up. We still had to bend and push and remove screws and replace screws to get everything together.
-I demanded these replacement parts, and in response to being told "we've already sent you so many parts" I said I would gladly send the damaged, bowed, unusable parts back. Upon which I was told I would be sent a return shipping label. Two weeks later, I still have no label, still have cabinet parts and boxes everywhere, and am STILL being inconvenienced by BAD product! I do NOT want to bother with packing these back up and lugging these out to the end of the drive (unless its for the trash man!) and arranging a pick up, just like I did NOT want all these assembly issues, damage issues, and waiting of a combined month for replacement parts.
The bottom line is, this was a HORRIBLE experience for my husband and I. The reviews and website made this look and sound like it would be a fairly easy, do-able process that should not have been drawn out as much as it has been. The cabinets that went together easily took 15-30 min, the rest of them took hours each. We're very capable, handy people. Shame on us for assuming the "Ready to Assemble Cabinets" were actually ready to assemble. We will not be recommending this product to anyone. We expected such a better experience than this, higher quality of product, and better response to these issues from customer service.
They call out the big box stores in the "about us" section, but it would have been well worth the extra money not to have gone through all this.
Response from Best Online CabinetsMar 24, 2016
Hi Joel & Amy,
We apologize about the negative experience you had with us, much of which could have been avoided with better communication and correct information. Our factory does its best to produce the highest quality products it can, and constantly find ways to improve the product and fix issues customers are unhappy about. Over the past year, we have improved the hardware, the dovetail drawer pieces, stain and color issue, and are currently working on better assembly instructions. Unfortunately, we have never had a customer with so many issues with incorrect holes and frames, but we will have the factory check these issues.
There are a few things we want to clarify.
-We know the cabinets come with terrible assembly instructions that are in Chinese which is why in the shipping confirmation email it says “Disregard the assembly instructions that come with the cabinets as they are not good. You can find more helpful assembly instructions here: http://www.bestonlinecabinets.com/assembly-instruction.html.”
-We will not deny our customers replacement items for damages during shipping or because of quality issues. All that needs to be done is to send us a picture of the damaged item as well as the part that you will need.
From our perspective:
-First replacement: you requested several frames due to them not fitting the side panels properly and a few doors because you thought there were sharpie marks, but are actually wood knots and wood joints. All requested items were shipped.
Second replacement: you requested the same frames again because the replacement frames did not fix the issue although the pictures provided showed no issues with the frame. You also requested a frame for a cabinet not in your order. We wanted to make sure there is no confusion and to send you items that will fix the issue which delayed the replacement process. You then demanded that we send you three new cabinets until we clarified and you agreed that you only needed a few side panels which were sent out the same day.
We appreciate the feedback as it shows areas we can improve, but when you copy and paste the same review on multiple review sites, is your intent to share your experience or something else? If there are still any issues please give us a call we will be here to help until the problems are resolved.

First timer -never assembled RTA cabinets before
I was quite happy with the results. It took a bit of a learning curve to get the hang of it but after 2 cabinets, I was sailing through them. We just hung them this weekend and all were square and lined up.

Great Service, Great Cabinets!
The order was delivered on time and well packaged. No damage noted on this large order. Aligning the doors was straight forward, however I aligned to the bottom of the cabinets. I recommend you leave at least 1/8 inch from the bottom.
