Best Online CabinetsReviews of bestonlinecabinets.com

I did some research online and after a few weeks of Internet searches, and contacting different contractors, I came up upon Best Online Cabinets and read tons of good reviews. This was my first kitchen remodel but thanks to the guys from this company, it was stress free. They gave me a lot of personal attention, answered my questions promptly, and I felt like I was in good hands. Ed and his crew were amazing, because they managed to turn my ideas and crude kitchen drawings into fabulous kitchen cabinets. The quality is top notch and my new kitchen looks even better than expected.

The cabinets are a good price, however, you must watch the videos in order to grasp how to assemble the ready to assemble cabinets. This is fine except there are no videos on how to attach the face of the drawers to the inner drawer and there are no written instructions. Also the hardware provided is longer than the rim on the cabinet door. The quality of the hardware is quite good and I like the look of the cabinets. Reply to your reply: The instructions on how to assemble the front of the drawers were not included and I watched all the videos on you tube. they did not specifically show how to assemble the front plate. If you make a video showing that front section that would be great.

We finally remodeled our entire kitchen with their new grey shaker cabinets. It is a nice shade of grey that perfectly goes with our modern kitchen. The quality of the cabinets is amazing, the doors are made from one piece solid wood, the cabinets come with both soft-close hinges and drawers. Their customer service was very helpful and able to answer all of our questions. Overall, we are very happy with the purchase and we recommend BOC products!

great prices, cabinet arrived in great condition, shipping was fast and great quality. So glad I found Best Online Cabinets!

The design and ordering process went smoothly and all my questions were answered quickly. Cabinets were not difficult to assemble. Directions were terrible and on line directions were somewhat better. A couple cabinets arrived missing hardware. One email and two days later I had the missing hardware delivered. The trash / recycle container mechanism did not fit the 18" base cabinet so I had to build a platform to lift the containers high enough to clear the hinges. All things considered, these are good looking and sturdy cabinets. A very good value. If you are handy with tools, I recommend BOC.

Do not try to follow directions that are enclosed in the packages! Use YouTube from best. The assembly will go fine there were a few flaws in the box construction on some of the units but it was nothing that couldn't be repaid On the spot cabinet. doors and frames are beautiful my kitchen looks great. The cabinet people were very helpful any answered any of my questions promptly

First time using these RTA cabinets to remodel the kitchen and bathrooms in one of our houses. We used the white shaker cabinets. The quality of the materials and fit/finish are very good. Customer service was excellent and very helpful. I will be purchasing more of their cabinets in the future.

It was the first time that I purchased kitchen cabinets online. I'm very happy about my choice because their customer service provided me all the information I need and all the answers to my questions and doubts. I definitely will recommend them to my family and friends.
