excellent experience, excellent cabinets... first time DIY, was worth the effort

We recently moved from Florida to Colorado. We went from a single family home that we built in 2006 and had high end cabinetry.. We purchased a condo and immediately gutted the kitchen and bathrooms. We had a designer plan the kitchen and bathrooms but he came in way out of our budget for the redo. We found Best Online Cabinets and after a few phone calls and samples that were mailed to us we ended up purchasing all the kitchen cabinets and bathroom vanities. Our designer who has installed all of them was very impressed with the construction and finish. We are as well. I would highly recommend Best Online Cabinets. Very good cabinets, very good customer service

I purchased the white shaker RTA cabinets from BOC for my full kitchen re-model. The cabinets were as exactly as advertised. I ordered the smallest one first to check it out, and based on that, put in the full order. I checked out the order on arrival and found it to be complete, I believe they take care to make sure the order is filled correctly. I had one cracked door that I found on arrival, I notified customer support and they were very good at sending a replacement door. You just need to follow their directions, inspect the order promptly and send a photo of the damage before assembly. All the parts were included for all of the cabinets and all the parts were manufactured correctly. All the cabinets assembled with no problems. If you have problems assembling them, you probably messed up. The paint finish on the face frame and doors is very good and uniform. Very happy with the looks of the cabinets. The 5 start rating is for value and good customer support. The price could not be beat considering the free shipping (order over $2500). I called customer support a couple times and it was always easy to talk to someone and they could answer my questions. I added a couple trim parts after my order was made and that was no problem. And as I stated, they replaced the broken door I found with no issues. All in all, a better than expected experience and I have no hesitation in recommending BOC.

Have remodeled 2 kitchens with cabinets from BOL. Any problems with damaged cabinets replaced quickly with no hassle. They were a pleasure to deal with. Would definitely buy from them again

Fantastic cabinets !!!

The cabinets are great. But you have to beg this company to send your order... my first order I placed arrived a month late. I am currently waiting on another part to complete my project... I placed the second order for one cabinet part on the 1st of December... it is not the 23rd of December not item has been sent. I have reached out to the company and no response. I reached out via chat room and they say they can’t do anything the order is still processing. Don’t trust their shipping guide lines. Before they got my money they guaranteed that the product would be shipped in 3-5 days...this is unacceptable. Do not order from this company. The product may be alright, but trust me you will not receive the items anywhere near on time. Also if you have to do any returns it is a nightmare. I’ve lost over $1000 with this company. So make sure when you place your order it is absolutely correct. And before the delivery guys leaves spend and hour at least opening up the packages making sure all items are correct.

I am very happy with the quality of the cabinets. I have had very little trouble putting the cabinets together, and the few issues I have had-related to shipping damage, have been readily resolved with no complaint from the staff at BOLC. They respond quickly to any problems I have encountered.
