Great attention to Detail amazing Customer Service

My husband and I were put in contact with my father in law's sales rep, Alejandra after hearing such great feedback. She definitely exceed our expectations. She was very kind to our situation and with her suberb customer service skills, she made this experience painless. She not only was attentive during the countless calls but also went through each item of the final layout before the order was placed and after when it was received, to make sure we had everything. If you're a flipper or general contactor, ask to work with Alejandra and you won't be disappointed :)

R b is very knowledgeable and exeptional with customer service. After meeting RB 3 years ago i havent evened consider buying cabinetry from any other vendor and i am a Kitchen and bath contractor. Cabinets are very good quality and design and layout RB is able to assist with makes bestonlinecabinets the only choice for me.

The cabinets are of excellent quality! Easy to put together. Look great! There were a few problems, we felt that directions should be included or accessible without having to call a service rep and wait for a call back. Such as placing hinges on doors, and adding drawer with in a drawer (never did figure that out!

Needs much better packaging for shipments as a few pieces came scratched but other than that everything was fine
