Promised a refund and it’s been over 15days and no refund has been made to my card.

The show at the Paradise Cove was beautiful and entertaining. Food was okay. The grounds were okay as well with a nice of the ocean.

We experienced the same communication issues as the other users. The good thing is that they were fast to correct their booking mistakes and they don't let you struggle with the mess they've created. We booked the circle of fire+the water falls, we should have sticked with the circle of fire only.

Booked Kualoa Ranch Jungle Expedition on line - received a call within an hour that our time was overbooked. They accommodated us within a half hour of our original booking! Very professional and courteous! We had a great time!

When I made my reservation I communicated VERY CLEARLY a specific request that was needed and called 2 times after booking to make sure the request was confirmed (booking 2 vehicles for the Raptor tour). I was told both times that it was. When we arrived at the ranch for the tour they did not have us down for 2 vehicles and told us that quite often his miscommunication happens from the company calling them to reserve the services with them.

The best tour We ever have. Excellent ATV/UTV package tour. Enjoyed so much every tour Ocean/Secret Island was very exciting especially the Jungle tour even it was so scary and bumpy our adrenaline was so pumped up and the views was so spectacular and amazing everywhere. A MUST SEE AND EXPERIENCE ADVENTURE TOUR!!! Just a suggestion Horse ride station should be away from all meetings station so the odor will not pollute the air around all meeting area. “STRONG ODOR”
