JC my trip planner was more than helpful. He was patient with me. He listened to what activities I was interested in and suggested some that turned out to be AMAZING. My son's and I had a blast and it wouldn't have been possible without his help.

The pilots and the support staff were very friendly. They know how to make a routine trip around the island fun and amazing for us, even though they've probably seen it so many times. The pilots, John and Steve have both been flying for over 30 years and make it look so easy. From being a student pilot myself, I know that it isn't that easy to make a chopper fly that smooth, so my kudos to them!

Great service

While the helicopter ride was informative and enjoyable, we had to struggle to get the window seats we had paid for. When we started loading, they had no record that we had paid an additional$50 per seat. Fortunately, I had brought the receipt, but it should not come to the point where I had to prove what I had paid for. Their disaster was averted, but only though my actions.

This company is great! Someone Our family booked four excursions using this company and didn't have any complaints. In fact, they were able to pull strings when something was booked or sold out and make room for us.

Best of Hawaii was able to get us the tour we wanted for the most part, but our party had to split up to 2 different locations (20 minutes away) from each other. The good part of booking with them was that they were easily available by phone. The only drawback was that we had to show them our reservation email once we got there. It was an additional step and I don't know what would have happened if I didn't have a copy of the email on my phone.
