The trail ride I went on was fantastic. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because I had to change my reservation and in order to do so I had to call 3 times until I got someone who helped me. I felt like I was getting a run around.

Spectacular service! We were trying to get a tour at Koaloa Ranch but they were sold out, your team went the extra mile and found a way to put an a la cart tour together which up being an amazing day at Koaloa Ranch. Thank you!

Extremely helpful. And they were able to get us into an off-roading adventure that we were told was previously sold out! We will definitely use them again when we come back to Hawaii!!!!
