I was skeptical at first when ordering from bestier but i took a chance and order a new desk from them. The desk was better quality then I expected and I even ordered another one after receiving the first. Definitely recommend buying from them.

Hi there, Hope you have a nice day. So sorry for the bad shopping experience. I would like to explain about this issue: For the first desk, we have shipped it on Jan. 17, due to the peak season, UPS capacity shortage, we repeatedly urged them to update the status information, they also promised us to update the information as soon as possible. Until today, UPS begun an investigation to locate the package. We know this may not change your opinion of us, but we really try to do as much as we can, and for such force majeure factors, we can only assume up and avoid these problems in the future。 Hope you can understand.
