Great experience through and through. Ordering was a breeze, and when I realized I made a mistake in my shipping address they were quick to respond to my request to update the address. The desk was delivered on time, wasn't missing any parts, and was simple enough to assemble with the tools provided (though pay close attention to where the holes on the individual parts are, given the multiple configuration options it can be easy to have one of the legs the wrong way). The desk looks great and is super sturdy so I'm very pleased with everything.

What an amazing desk for such a reasonable price! Not hard to put together and you get everything you need sent with it. Will definitely purchase from again!

"Canned" or scripted responses, no follow up. A "simple" solution was turned into a complicated one, by Bestier not responding nor listening. Still no solution, other than returning and buying a different product.

We love the desk. It is just a pictured! There was only 1 day delay in shipping. It is very sturdy. It holds our two 34 in monitors, keyboard, 24 in monitor, and 2 laptops. Plenty of room on tge bookshelves. If you are looking at this desk go ahead and get it. Well worth the money.
