I’ve been a customer for awhile now, and my dogs love your products and have benefited from them. However, my last order has never arrived and I’m not able to reach customer service using an email or phone. No response and no voicemail box to leave a message. I’m confused

I think the product may help my dog some but I did not want to be on auto ship and would like to be taken off of it now please.
