Christina J. was very helpful in re-booking the flight for me, because she told me that the tickets that I paid for earlier, they did not have seats available anymore due the busy season, but she found me another flight for the same date. Thank you Christiana.

Customer Service, absolutely unprofessional and terrible. I had to book an emergency flight due to a family situation at last second and couldn't believe my luck when I had found tickets at a very affordable price. Then, I received an email notifying me that my flight to my destination had been cancelled and would be flying from JetBlue instead of Delta. It was fine, no big deal. As long as I had a way to get to my destination it was all that mattered right? Wrong. Once I had finally arrived at the airport, mind you it was an hour away from my home but the closest airport we had, I come to find out that I wasn't even in the system! I had contacted Christiana, who had told me that she would shortly send me a confirmation number to my flight. It took me FIVE tries before I had FINALLY received a confirmation number of my flight. This would've been all avoided if I had just been given the confirmation number of my flight right when they had notified me about the change. As for David, the last person who I had spoken to on the phone, who had hung up on me while I was trying to explain the situation to him, great customer service you have there. If you're on the hunt for airline tickets, I would stay clear from this website.
