Christiana James from Best Fare deal is a scammer including the entire company. Do not purchase from the company. I purchased my ticket in February only to find out in April that there was not ticket issued. I tried to get my $ back but they company was not helpful and the gave hard time getting my refund. They claimed they. knew nothing about the scam even though the charged my card. I repeat again DO NOT PURCHASE YOUR TICKETS FROM THEM!!! RUN!!🏃♂️

Mike was attentive and exceptionally helpful at finding me the best possible flights for the best fare. The flights and fare blew away what Kayak or Expedia were offering to me. I will always use Bestfaredeal, and recommend them strongly. Especially if you can get Mike as your agent.

Booked a flight. Next day I get an email saying it's not confirmed. Supposed to fly out the next day. Phoned. On hold 4 times. Terrible phone lines and heavy accents make it difficult to understand what they are saying. She offers me a different flight for 2.5 x more. Nope. I'll take a refund. If that doesn't come through I'll be back here to say me.
