Mr. Hebrew was very polite, kind and helpful. However, this is the first time using your services and I felt very uneasy. I thought I was dealing with a second party (Cheap flights) and suddenly I was communicating with a third party Best Fare Deal. It also took more than 24 hours for me to receive communication with my e-tickets. Fingers crossed that have no issues once I get to the airport.

Worse experience ever They don’t give you the tickets you booked, instead they want to sell you very expensive tickets I ended up not flying to my destination because of their scam. You can’t cancel once you book, but you also not getting tickets unless you pay double the price. You are stuck in a big scam Don’t use them!!! Bad bad business

On 11/28/22 We booked Delta flights for a family of four from LAX to Miami, FL. The website has cheap pricing of $200 per ticket, however when we booked the tickets it shown pending status. Then they called us back and told us they don't have those seats available and we have to pay $500 per ticket which is more expensive than normal price online. This is bait and switch, trying to lure you to buy something more expensive. SCAM.

I was able to book a great airfare on their website, but then they called me and told me that the flights I booked were not a sure thing and they had another deal that was and happened to be hundreds of dollars more that was. They also tried to tell me me that I could only cancel the original flight (despite their agreement saying otherwise) if I booked a new flight. I told them I would call the dept. of consumer protection about their scan and suddenly they were able to cancel my flights.

We went on cheapflights.com then got transfer to bestfaredeal.com. We booked a round-trip from LAX to CUN from this website (bestfaredeal.com) with Delta Airlines. The price online was $488.77 when it said 7 seats currently available. We immediately got an email confirmation with the flight we booked; however, it said "booking is pending." Next morning we received an email and a text asking us to call back. When we called back, the agent said "the website is not up to date, the ticket was never booked, the ticket was in economy and we can upgrade you to main cabin" (which main cabin is still economy). He then pulled up Delta Airlines, giving us the same flights, but the price now is over $300 more. We went back on bestfaredeal.com and seeing the same flights for $502.77 and still with "7 seats currently available". This time we have a pop-up window saying call 301-882-1363 (company phone number) to get an "instant $50 discount". We called and talked to an agent, and the same story was told: "website is lagging". The guy pulled up Delta website, gave us the same flights, but the price now is about $350 more. I argued with the guy about the price online and the actual price. He said "we can give you a discount on current Delta flights and we can book it and release ticket within a day." This is "bate and fish". A total phishing game from BestFareDeal, LLC. I just want people to avoid this website and this company.
