The only thing that I did not like was that the price changed for the booking and the e-ticket was sent to me after 4 days of emailing and calling after.

I’m experiencing a lot of difficulties with communicating, getting calls, back messages or emails are not even working for particular agents.

I booked with Bestfaredeal because I thought I got the best price but ending up paying an additional 75% after my initial payment. I have to check my charge daily because they charged me twice of my initial payments and there's anothet $280 charge. It took them 3 weeks to make the corrections. Lois Michelle have been very helpful in updating me and assuring me that I will get my money back. I got my money back after constant calling.

The agent told I could not book the flight which originally I want. And I could not cancel it too. I could not understand why. Because he said it was not booked. Why I can not money back for not booking one. And I must book different flight which is more expenses and not convenience. After that, there was no problem.

Sergio was very helpful on re-booking the flight . I just did not like that I had to re-book after getting the flights that I truly needed and having to pay much more per person. It makes clients mistrust this travel agency- offering good prices then changing them.

First of all my flight to Miami was canceled, while I had paid in advance. So sad about this! But Christina she helped me to the botten to refund my whole amount. Waiting for my whole refund. Thanks Christina for your help even i was sad and dissapointed
