Great company with great customer service, the phone call with the core return agent was pleasant and helpful. When the shipping company failed the first pickup, B.B.T. we're very helpful in rescheduling the shipping company again. Got a a great deal for my dad's rebuilt trans with a great warranty for the price I paid. LKQ didn't come close to the deal I got. Trans came in secure packaging and worked out the box. I am very happy with the service I got.

Our company has purchased at least five units from Best Buy Transmissions and they have all performed flawlessly. Packaging and appearance, as well as arranging for core return, is great. Just make sure the cooler and lines are flushed thoroughly or replaced, codes are dealt with, external grounds are in place, and the proper fluid is used and you will not have any issues. Highly recommend.

I needed a 4L60E transmission for my 2006 Chevrolet Silverado 1/2 ton pickup. I did some research online and determined that Best Buy Transmission had the best warranty of 5 years or 100,000 miles. I called them on a Wednesday afternoon and they had the transmission to my shop for installation the next afternoon. This was extremely fast delivery. My shop installed the transmission and it has operated great. Return of the core was very easy also. 5 stars from me
