2000 f150 4x4 4R70W This transmission has given my faithful f150 a whole new life! It shifts better than when it was new, the whole transaction was excellent, the price and warranty makes BestBuy Transmission tops in my opinion. I was hesitant to try an online purchase, but took the chance. You won't be sorry for ordering from this company. Thanks BestBuy!

The Good: ordered online-with some trepidation as I am in CA..got an immediate confirmation and request for VIN to verify. I had the correct transmission the next day. It has been in the car for 2,000 miles and works great. The Bad: it came in a cracked plastic carry case, the extra fluids leaked all over the delivery truck and the bell housing had two of the mounting tabs broken off. Contacted, they agreed to refund a portion to cover the labor of replacing the bell housing, which we did. The Ugly-3 months later have still not paid the refund and just stopped answering emails.......... Today 1/10/19--got an email confirming the refund..would up my rating to 4 stars.....

You treated Hobotech beyond fair. No other company would do what you did for him. As one of the doubters early on, I stand corrected and am not afraid to admit I was wrong! If I ever need a transmission, I plan to check your site first!

Was unsure about ordering a transmission online but the reviews were good. Main reason was the warranty as I drive 40,000 miles a year. 20,000 miles so far and no issues. Car shifts smoother that it ever did. Very easy to do business with from start to finish.

I bought a GM Transmission for a Buick Rendezvous 2003. I'm more than satisfied with the service of this company. They succeeded in all my expectations. I recommend this company, 100% trustable.

Purchased a replacement transmission 2 years ago through Best buy. I have waited to write a review until I've been able to give the replacement a workout. I installed it myself, at a lower price and better warranty than if I were to purchase one from the dealer. We have also towed our camper, which is at the upper end of the towing limit for my truck, on 2 decently long trips with no incident. If I ever need another transmission, Best buy transmissions will be my first stop.

We highly recommend BestBuy Transmissions! We ordered our transmission online through their online ordering system, it was delivered as agreed to our mechanic and the mechanic returned the core. The price of the transmission included all delivery and return fees. We have had this transmission for close to two months now with no issues. BestBuy Transmissions has a seamless operation with great customer service. I would not hesitate to recommend them as one of the best.

Great price, customer service and performance of Ford 4R100 trans after 1 year. I would recommend this company to anyone who needs a transmission at a reasonable price.
