many people does nto respect cars trucks and other units . get drink have lots of beers do things they are not suppose to do .. and think it will hold up... no one talks what is really wrong . with it....

I've bought two transmissions from this company in the past couple of years. Both are working great, I haven't had any problems with either of them. My experience has been positive, and I'd definitely recommend to my friends and family.

These guys are the real deal! Ordering process was a breeze and customer service was on point. Purchased the transmission Feb. '24, installed it a few days later and it hasn't skipped a beat. Works great. -Highly recommend Best buy transmission.

this is not a 5-star company... it is a10-star company!!!!! ordered a transmission on monday and it arrived a few days later on thursday!!! are you kidding me you can't send a letter threw the mail that fast!!! also used this company before for another vehicle a couple years ago and that transmission is still working perfect!!! i have never left a review on anything but this purchase i couldn't resist...!!!!

Ford 2004 2 wd drive Explorer. Rebuilt transmission with two different shops for $5,000. Both failed. Ordered BestBuy remanufactured transmission for $2,300. Paid another mechanic $800 to install. Transmission from BestBuy arrived in 5 days. So far, after only 1,000 miles all is great. Lesson learned? Never goto a transmission shop who rebuilds transmissions. They only replace parts they think need replacement (to save them money, not you). BestBuy replaces all parts with either OEM or improved parts and cover with an excellent warranty. As stated, after 1,000 miles, all is great. Highly recommend!

Great customer service, quick delivery and transmission was installed and works great. Core return was VERY EASY! Not sure why they have any negative reviews/ Great company!

Needing a new transmission, I did my research and based on warranty, reviews and BBB rating I ordered a 42RE for my Ram truck. I also liked the upgrades correcting factory issues. It came in 4 days, just like the salesman said, from Milwaukee to Miami. Looked like new in the crate. Installed myself (mechanic earlier in life) and although it has only been a few days, I am so pleased with the way it shifts, no leaks, etc.. Assuming all continues to go well, I will recommend to friends or use them again. Would probably find a shop for the exchange next time though - lol

Called for a transmission for a 1997 Ford F-350 with a 7.3 Powerstroke diesel engine. Within just a few minutes I was asked for the VIN to ensure that I got the right transmission. The agent told me that they had one ready to ship, the email I received said 4 to 6 weeks. This was on a Thursday. The following Monday I received an email that the transmission was on the way. The transmission arrived on Wednesday. My mechanic called me to tell me that the transmission was pristine and that it had a new torque converter. It was installed and ready to go the next day. I requested a return bill of lading for the core and was sent the document via email. They say that the shipping is paid by Best Buy Transmission both ways, to and from the user. TRUE!! Sorry, but I was a little skeptical but turned believer when I went through the experience. One thing I can recommend to anyone ordering a transmission....Call them if and before you put any non-OEM item, like a different pan, on the unit. I have faith that they will stand behind their 5 year warranty but certainly THEY can't be expected to honor it if you do anything that changes the functions of the transmission. I Say, THANK YOU BEST BUY TRANSMISSION.
