A stone fell out of my ring right away…
I spoke to Paul today who made everything all better. A stone had fell out of my ring right away and could not get anyone to respond or return an answer to my emails about same my phone number is (651) 271-8152 I did not receive a phone call or a voice mail message either today I did receive a call and I was able to speak to Paul and I do very much appreciate it your customer service is great! I will definitely be a repeat customer. Thank you!

The entire experience was great
The entire experience was great. The ring is beautiful and it was delivered on time as promised. There was a short window before the engagement and somebody from the BB team replied to me personally to let me know that everything would be there on time.

The ring is definitely stunning I can’t…
The ring is definitely stunning I can’t take my eyes off of it the packaging was beautiful and well thought out and I love the authentication paperwork that comes with it my only issue is the pair of earrings valued at $1100 that was included as a free gift was extremely small and didn’t seem like the same as the picture customer service was good responded in a reasonable amount of time

Great process
The entire process was virtual and easy. The salesperson was patient and even alerted me a better diamond with a better sale price. It was delivered as stated and was even more beautiful upon viewing it. Would definitely use brilliant in the future.

The ring I ordered which was the "lola"…
The ring I ordered which was the "lola" was more beautiful than I could have imagined! The vvs lab grown diamonds from Best Brilliance definitely catch everybodys eye when it enters the room!
