Complete 180! I finally got thru and got my questions answered about my order. Looking forward to receiving my item and will have an update then.

I ordered the Molly setting and it exceeded my expectations. The band is a nice width and very comfortable. I went with the platinum and 3ct Round diamond for my setting and I could not be more pleased with how well it turned out! Was worried about the 21 day shipping timeframe as I had a trip planned, but Paul made sure I would received my ring in time, and was great with communication. Not only did I get my ring delivered on time as promised, but I was kept in the loop every step of the way. Highly recommend this company and would defiantly order with them again!

I ordered the ring on the 13th, so I was very worried it would not get here in time for the trip I was planning on proposing at since I saw it would take 14-21 business days for the ring to actually get to me. However, Rebecca requested for the order to be expedited and Paul kept the lines of communication open throughout the whole process. It really felt like I went to a local jeweler and was taken care of at home. The order got here just in time and I could not have been happier with the quality of the ring and the customer service. Totally recommend!!!!!

I ordered a beautiful Claudia ring, I had to make a small change to the halo and it became a lot of back and forth with Paul. But he listened to my requests and it turned out wonderful. Very happy with the lab grown diamond and hope to have it for many years to come!

My experience was easy, I told them what I wanted and they come thru. Thank you!. The price is also reasonable.

To start, we did our research whenever we started shopping for engagement and wedding jewelry. My family has a private jeweler we’ve worked with in the past, but my fiancé and I decided on lab created jewelry because we wanted something safely sourced and more affordable than traditional retail diamonds. It was the best stroke of luck that we came across best brilliance and I cannot explain how thankful and grateful we are that we did! Not only is this company the best in customer service of any company I’ve worked with, they make some of the most beautifully crafted, and affordable jewelry I’ve ever seen! The engagement ring and wedding rings we purchased were stunning to begin with, but on top of that they soldered my rings together after our wedding, and Paul took the extra step to ensure they were seamless, cleaned, buffed and mailed back to me perfect. I wish I could leave my personal information on this review so anyone debating could reach out to us directly and I would put any doubts to rest, please, choose this company, they will take the best care of you and give you a piece of jewelry you’ll cherish for the rest of your life.

The ring was really pretty and well done. My fiance was really happy and overjoyed when she received it. I would recommend best brillance to anyone. Thank you!
