Pros: *the ring is beautiful *The customer support agents were patient with me and fulfilled my request on the ratio I preferred for my center stone *Overnight shipping *Easy exchange process Cons: *The site doesn’t allow you to pick your stone *The site doesn’t let you make the perfect ring like other sites (starting with setting,stone etc) Production time is about 4-5 weeks They don’t send the correct ring size it’s always too big and when I take it to a jewelry store and measure it they confirm it’s not the size I ordered

We're also happy to hear that the overnight shipping and exchange process worked well for you! Regarding your concerns, you're absolutely right that the site currently doesn't allow full customization starting from the setting and stone. However, we're actively working on improving this to make the experience more flexible and interactive. In any case, we always handpick the nicest stones available out of hundreds of options. As for production time, our standard lead time is 2–4 weeks as stated on the website, but we’ve recently made significant improvements behind the scenes to reduce that timeframe even further — and we’re committed to keeping that momentum going. Concerning ring sizing: every order goes through multiple checks to ensure the size is accurate, but finger sizing can vary slightly between different tools and stores. That said, we’re always happy to offer free resizing if needed, and we’ll continue doing our best to make that process easy and smooth. We truly appreciate your honest feedback — it helps us improve, and we hope to have the opportunity to serve you again in the future with an even better experience!

Buying jewelry online can be tricky but Best Brilliance makes the process smooth and easy. They work with you and they send you a prepaid label if you need to return a piece for any reason. Their lab grown diamond pieces are amazing and beautiful and they even custom your jewelry according to your request.
