good solution
I ve changed my opinion for this institution, people communicate very promptly and they want to help with bike fit. if I wasn't enjoy with the result, they refunded money back.

Dear customer, I looked at your bike fit report and it shows a clear warning that you probably made some mistakes in the measurements of your body sizes. Without the right input from you, we cannot provide you a good bike fit. I will reach out to you directly to help you with your problem.

Clear site and guidance on measurements
Not sure how this compares to an actual bikefitter yet. Yes you can have mismeasurements but I think the overall range advise offered of reach and stack is quite large.(with my frame options, it did had all vendors offering s/m/l/xl )so it did not help me with selecting a frame. Site is clear and easy to use, Proactive team, offer personal follow-up.

Dear customer, The reach and stack ranges have nothing to do with potential measurement mistakes. They have a range because you can adjust your bike setup within these ranges. On a road bike for example, you can install stems with different angles and length. A stem length between 70 and 120 mm is very acceptable. Therefore we have a reach range that covers 50mm (120-70). If you buy a new bike, the better bike shops will make sure you get the right bike setup with the stem size that is required for your optimal bike fit and riding position. If we provide you with a smaller stack and reach range, you would eliminate bike models from your search that actually do fit you well.

It worked for me
I waited a few weeks because I wanted to do a few rides first before writing a review. I was struggling with lower backpain after 40-50 km on my race bike so decided (before spending 200€ on a specialist) to do the online bikefitting. Need to adjust height of saddle slightly but also had to move saddle 4 cm to the front. Next to that I changed the steering pen to a longer one. Conclusions after 5 rides: bank pain has stopped! So I am very happy with the outcome

The cheapest level does not provide…
The cheapest level does not provide bike suggestions, and the app seems to be suited for the pre areo SL bike era.
Response from Best Bike AdviceAug 22, 2021
Dear customer, the bike suggestions are included in the cheapest level. They are even included in the free level. Also the areo SL is in our system. But it will only be shown if it fits with your cycling goals, riding style and budget. Please next time ask a question via our contact form if you can not find what you are looking for.

Thank you for your review. The advice for bikes is a free service without any time limitation. If you buy the "one-time bike fit report" you get what you buy. A one-time bike fitting. And you can still make use of the free advice for bikes. If you buy an account, you will have full access to everything for 6 month. As is explained on our website.
