Hi Marinescu, thank you for your feedback. We have always been transparent on the costs of our service. But you are right. We are now running a test with a different start of the bike fit process. And in this test the cost are mentioned, but not clearly enough. After the test is completed we will make sure that this problem will be fixed.

Therefore I can only guess why you think it is simple. Until now when users think our bike fit is too simple it was always based on a misunderstanding. Hi James, before you start with the bike fit we explicitly explain that it is a paid service with the following statement: “The bike fit report costs €12.50. But you can first check out how it works.” (https://bestbikeadvice.com/int/en/bikefit/) So personally I find this feedback a little unfair.

Hi Hristo, I will try to contact you directly. As your bike fit report indicates you self-measurements were not accurate. And you manually changed the back angle that our system advised to a very aggressive / aerodynamic position. Therefore the bike fit advice that you got cannot be accurate as well.
