Not the best bike advice!
I bought the bike fit advice for my partner and I. For us the fit measurements was not very good, in fact my partner put her bike back to how it was before the adjustments. We both found some of the measurements to adjust our bikes to confusing - the centre of bottom bracket to top of seat being one of them as it doesn't take into account the types of pedals or shoes used, so the measurements can be a long was off what is perfect. I wouldn't bother using this again, I'd pay more more and have a face to face setup.

Thanks for your feedback and sorry to hear that you are not happy with our bike fit. We have analyzed the most common (clip-in) pedal-shoe combinations and found the difference in thickness negligible. You probably do have a point for regular pedals with random shoes.
