Great Cowboys sport leather jacket. Ordered first time the same item from other website at lower price but quality was so bad. I bought a new one from website best-wears.com, although price is a little higher but the jacket quality and their support was amazing. Will buy again with them

I ordered a Dallas Cowboys jacket which I never received because it was lost ( or stolen) in the mail. After reporting this to the customer service department, they agreed to send me a replacement jacket, which they did about a month later. I was extremely impressed and satisfied that the company responded so promptly to my issue, that I must admit this is the very best definition and example of customer service I have ever experienced. I ordered a jacket for my son for Christmas and it was a much smaller fit than we normally find in his size. BestWear replaced it with a larger size and allowed me to keep the smaller size which I gifted to another person. Jamie was most helpful and timely in resolving this!
