I ordered a couple of types of soup for a friend recovering from surgery. I am so glad I did. She loved the soup and I felt good knowing she had something really good to eat during recovery that she could just heat up.

What a great surprise for a single person to receive home made soups! For the woman who has everything except the energy to make really yummy soup for herself! I did share two of them and got great reviews! Soup and my favorite crunchy nutty bread....Perfect!

I was one of the customers which had trouble receiving their order from BesDam Soup last winter. A few months ago, I received a call from Ed Covino himself acknowledging the problems with orders they had after last year. They got so many orders it overwhelmed them but since then they had gotten more help, added distributing locations and to please go back to the website where I would find I had my amount credited to my account! I did and they did!! I placed the soup order my inlaws were wanting and we received them promptly! I appreciated them following up with me and fixing it all so I want to review them again and recommend them with 5 stars from now on!

I was one of the disgruntled customers from December, 2014. I too had heard all of the excuses; never received my soup, or a refund. I was very surprised when Ed contacted me, and wanted to make things right. He gave me option of a refund or a credit larger than my original order. I chose to order soup and am glad that I did. The soup was phenomenal! This order will be followed up with many more. Even more so, I have to thank Ed for being a straight up guy. He has checked in with us to make sure that everything was to our satisfaction. Thank You Ed!!

We received a gift certificate for Christmas and placed our order for three different types of their product on January 11th. A couple weeks passed without receiving tracking information. I went on-line and read multiple reviews indicating the company was inundated with orders after appearing on a national television program before Christmas. I waited another 3 weeks and then called the company. The person I spoke with was immediately able to pull up my order, explained the situation, apologized, and told me it would ship out the next week. As promised, the next week I received a fedEx tracking number and a phone call from the owner letting me know the order was on the way and again he apologized for the delay and inconvenience. We received the soups on Friday as promised. We tried the clam chowder last night and it was excellent. Would order from them again in the future.

All of my orders were filled on time and arrived perfectly. I was contacted personally by the owner Edward Covino and told all my orders (gifts) would be sent and arrive before Christmas and they did. The company should have a name change to "Bes'Dam Service".
