I was very skeptical of Berry Street. It was something I saw advertised on Instagram that seemed too good to be true. Expert nutritional advice, covered by health insurance? I am floored and grateful for the service Berry Street provides. From the 90 minute intake session and follow up visits, the RDN Elizabeth Oats, has taken such care to learn what my personal health goals are, the cultural influences that exist within my diet, and how my personal life impacts my daily nutrition. I feel seen. I feel heard. And most importantly I feel like I now have a clinician that is invested in partnering with me to reach my goals. All of this and I'm blessed that my health insurance covers the visit with no copay or out of pocket cost from me!

I like Berry Street’s nutrition services as a supplement to “traditional healthcare”. I have struggled most of my life with weight. I was so glad to see my health insurance covers six sessions with no cost. I feel my “coach” is very knowledgeable and practical and I’m putting what I’m learning into practice for long term success.

Finding Berry Street and my RD (shout out to Nikki and Nicole) has been a godsend! Not only are they well credentialed, knowledgeable and experienced, they actually make the whole idea of nutrition and meal planning fun and manageable. The idea of taking ownership of my health has made such a positive impact on my life! The fact that my insurance is accepted is the cherry on top!
