I am so impressed with Berry Street. It was so easy to sign up, they took my insurance and got right back to me on what my coverage would be. I loved that I was able to read a little about the dietitians before making an appointment. I was able to pick one that I felt had a story, or way of working with people that sounded like it would work with my needs. My dietitian was so easy to talk to, she got to know Me a little before trying to set any goals. And even then made sure my goals were within my comfort zone and that I felt they were achievable. I am looking forward to this journey more now than ever. Thank you so much

I cannot say enough wonderful things about my RD, Bridget. She has been helping me make meaningful lifestyle changes without judgment, and truly listens to what is working and what isn’t. She encourages me to branch out and try new foods, and also pay attention to how those foods make me feel. I’ve made so much progress and am learning to listen to my body and give it what it needs.
