Was not happy. My dietitian had 4 years of experience and I felt like I knew more than her. I only used her the one time. Nice but lacked assistance and knowledge. I felt she didn’t listen well Bruce’s she just prepared the same things I already said. Cancelled the day before and was charged $100.

Horrible customer service with extreme policy fees and unethical practices. First I received 3 different appointment times for the day of my actual appointment. I did not get notified that it was a video call until the day of. My appointment was on a Friday and my second appointment was scheduled for the following Monday. Their policy says 100.00 if appointment is canceled less than 24 hours before the next appointment. I made my appointment on Friday 12/20. My appointment was scheduled for Monday 12/23 and I canceled my appointment Saturday 12/21 by sending email directly to my assigned nutritionist, through the 48 hour notification link that they sent to cancel or confirm my appointment, and by texting the staff and they refused to acknowledge my cancellation attempt made 48 hours in advance until I threatened to escalate my concerns with my backup proof. I have screen shots of the exchange, cancellation email, and the request made on their customer service text line 48 hours in advance. I had to threaten to dispute the charge via my bank and demand my debit card be removed off their site. Finally after multiple back and forth exchanges and me finding details on the CEO they claimed that my nutritionist didn’t see the original cancellation request and finally claimed that they would issue my refund and speak with the nutritionist; using this as a training opportunity. I will NEVER use them again. 100.00 is a lot of money to charge a person for canceling hence the reason I canceled and notified them as soon as possible.

I would recommend using a different platform to find support. Their customer service is not really there to support you as a client or customer. There isn’t a centralized platform where you work with your provider. Instead, you receive a basic zoom link for your meetings. I attended my first meeting a bit late (but within the 15 minute window), and the provider did not let me in from the waiting room. Then, I reached out to both the provider and the service to see if they could advise. They suggested rescheduling, and I was slapped with a $100 fee the next day with a no show fee. When I tried to dispute the charge, I felt like I was challenged as they asked me for a zoom link. They told me they checked the Zoom link and said the provider was in the meeting room for a sufficient period of time. However, while the provider was in the meeting room they certainly didn’t let me in. All in all, this is really not how a platform should treat its customers. While it’s fair for Berry Street to do their due diligence they could do so with fairness and compassion to their potential customers. Imagine if Airbnb or other large platforms penalized you in this way. Platforms like Berry Street are a dime a dozen — just use another service where you probably won’t be treated in this way as a customer.

I signed up because it was supposed to be covered by my insurance, and when the appointment happened I was a little bit late to join the call due to my reminder not popping up they charged me $100 even though I reached out to the nutritionist. She said she could no longer join which is unacceptable since the meeting is supposed to be 60 minutes long. Terrible terrible service. Don’t recommend!!!!

Whomever ran my insurance coverage for services gave me wrong information. I got 3 different answers as to the level of coverage I have for their services. When I called insurance company today to check for myself, ALL 3 answers Berry Street gave me were wrong!

Billing, I get zero information or confirmation of insurance coverage.

Be ready to pay $100 if you miss you damn appointment Best bet for me is to find a local company to do this on an office face to face with a person 🤷🏻‍♂️

Hello everyone read the fine print please. I'm a woman that works overnight and because I overslept my alarm for the appointment and was Charged 100$ not 25$ or 50$ ... I'm struggling as is with buying groceries and these RICH doctors prosecute you by hitting your pockets with BIG PENALTY... !!!! Nutritional my butt..! When they take 100$ to buy what I need to get by ....NO CONSIDERATION!!! AND THEY SAID YOUR INSURANCE PAY FOR IT ANOTHER BUNCH OF LIES TO LOORE YOU IN....
