Maryrose Agel is amazing. She has a great personality and listens to my concerns. She also gives great feedback and suggestions

I've been working with Lindsey Shuler for a little over a year and she's transformed my relationship with food. Along with building healthier, more sustainable eating habits, I've been able to lose 25 pounds. Lindsey does an excellent job of helping me set achievable goals and holding myself accountable. I cannot recommend her enough.

Lindsey is so knowledgeable and helpful! I see her every two weeks and each session we have something new to talk about. We have discussed everything from my daily food logs to whether a supplement is right for me and my goals. She even helps me create a shopping list so that I can meal prep for the week. Lindsey is non-judgmental (even when the food logs haven’t had as many veggies as they could in them), kind and easy to talk to. She’s helped me make gradual, sustainable changes that have allowed me drop 60 pounds in the past year and a half. Stop searching the internet and tik tok for nutrition advice. Go to someone who knows what they’re talking about that can give you honest, non biased information.

We always review what has been going on. New items are added and discussed. Problems or concerns are gone over. All in all the visit is informative. Help is always good. Problems are gone over also. I enjoy my time with the counselor.

I have been seeing Laura Meek for about 2 months now and lost 10 lbs! The most helpful thing is that she gives me resources that are actually practical like low budget foods, or meals with a quick prep time. I was skeptical that my insurance would actually cover the full cost of this but they have completely! I couldn’t be more grateful!

Talia was super thorough and patient with me. I talk a lot, but she listened to all of it and even gave me some great suggestions for home-cooked meals and restaurant dishes that won't make me feel like I'm missing out. I'm so glad I joined when I did because I really needed her help. Book and you won't regret it!

Super helpful to have someone guiding me on my journey with food! Creating a healthier relationship with food has never been easier.

Each session is informative, detailed, and supportive. I feel heard, and really appreciate that Alicia, my dietician, tailors each session to fit my exact needs. I am eager to continue our meetings so that I can be the best version of myself.
