Jennifer, is an amazing coach and accountability partner in my steps towards eating healthier and exercising as well as achieving good mental health! I absolutely love my dietician. She doesn't give me the don't do this & don't do that answers! She asks questions that makes you did deep, she helps you think. I'm even learning things about myself that I didn't realize!

Sasha was great! She took time breaking down the importance of proteins, fiber, and carbs and it really helped me open my eyes and realize that I was cutting out a lot of good carbs, that my body needed.

What makes my experience great is that I was able to connect with my dietitian. Well. She’s very knowledgeable but does not talk down to me. And she is great at creating structure around small goals to help reach overall dietary goals. The company does a great job with their systems. The app is easy to use, I receive a follow up message immediately after meeting with the dietitian to review what we covered and goals for the next week.
