Berry Street charged me a "late appointment reschedule" fee of $100 for rescheduling an appointment within 24hrs. Nowhere in their policies was this listed as a possible charge when I was signing up for their services, if I had known I would've rescheduled the appointment earlier.

Very poor customer service or help with adding a new insurance to see if this was covered. They didn’t even respond after I said have a new insurance. Other online services like this are straight forward and it’s automated to check if they take/cover your insurance.

Ok so I did go the process of the application and to move forward they asked for a credit card or something for payment if there are any out of pocket expenses. It did say I can cancel my appointment so I figured I can find out what my fees out of pocket would be and if they are too high I would cancel. They never told me out of pocket fee when requested. So I cancelled. I made my appointment for the next day. Whithin 24 hours. Well they are charging me $100 dollars for cancellation within 24 hours which I did not know of. I am not happy with this. I will dispute with my credit card. Don’t get sucked in. They don’t give you all the information needed up front.

I had a very disappointing experience with Berry Street Health. From the beginning, it was nearly impossible to reach a human being when technical issues arose, which left me unable to attend my initial consultation. To make matters worse, I was told I could not meet with the provider because of a rigid 15‑minute grace period. As a patient seeking care, I found this policy to be inflexible and unsupportive. On the positive side, they did ultimately agree not to charge me for the missed session and canceled all of my future appointments without penalty, which I appreciate. However, the lack of accessible customer support and the frustrating process leading up to this point make me hesitant to recommend their services. I hope Berry Street Health takes this feedback seriously and improves their communication and support systems, because patients deserve better access and understanding when dealing with healthcare providers

I received an email that my out of pocket expenses would be $0 and i had unlimited visits. I then read some reviews and was concerned. Turns out, my insurance did require a co-pay and had a limit to number of visits. When I reach our to BS customer service, I was told they would check my insurance manually and get back to me. Their next action was to cancel all of my appointments and send a note that they canceled. When I reached out to get clarity I was told basically, "your insurance doesn't cover it, sorry." This feels like "bait and switch" to me. I was four appointments in when this was clarified and only because I raised it. At the same time, I LOVED my RD. Although the time was brief, it was impactful.

They checked my insurance to see if it was covered and they said "We’ve connected with your insurance and can confirm that you’re covered for Unlimited visits with ******* at $0 out-of-pocket. We don’t need any additional information from you, so you’re set for your upcoming appointment." Then I receive a $300 bill that it isn't covered.

USER BEWARE: 15 minutes before your appointment they will send you an email and a text saying your appointment is in an hour. This is a tactic to charge your card for a missed appointment fee. I thought it was a time difference. I was wrong. I was about to log on for the appointment when the text came in. I was like no big deal. When I go to log in I have been charged with a missed appointment fee. In this day and age $100 is a huge deal. That's bills that I could've paid. I was told that those were sent as a courtesy and I would still be responsible for the fee. They took zero percent accountability. I think at most I should've been charged half and they pay half. I was ready. I went on their text and email. Yes, two forms of reminders. I will keep them as proof for anyone that wants to see them. I am disappointed. I waited over a week for this appointment. Would've been a returning client. My insurance pays 100 percent for unlimited visits. I will see a dietitian. They will not be affiliated with Berry Street.

Someone made an appointment with my email address and I don't even have an account with this company. I contacted their customer support to get my email address removed from their system and it apparently takes over 30 minutes to look up an email to delete it.
